WHY MERRIMACK CARDINALS CHEERLEADING?

There are no try-outs in Pop Warner!
Everyone makes a team!

Our Tiny Mite and Mitey Mite Teams are instructional levels where girls and boys ages 5-9 learn the fundamentals of the sport in a fun and supportive environment. No try-outs in Pop Warner, anyone can participate! At this level we encourage young girls & boys to participate with or without prior experience. They cheer at games and exhibit their routines at the state cheerleading competition in late October. The traditional season runs August 1st thru the last event (game or competition).

Our Junior Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Junior Midget and Midget levels are competitive teams that build upon the fundamentals taught at the Tiny and Mitey Mite levels. These are teams that draw from ages 8-15, and are open to girls and boys. At these levels commitment is a MUST from the child and parents to not miss practices, games or competitions.

****First day of practice is August 2****

at Wasserman Park and/or Veterans Memorial Field
